Return Policy

If for any reason, your are not satisfy with the item, you can return unused items within 3 days of delivery. By returning the item, we will deduct 20% restocking fee and you will be responsible for the shipping cost of your return. For all wigs, hair bundles, braids, and eye lashes must be return in unused condition. If these products as mentioned are used, your return will be refused and return back to you. Damaged or defective products, please contact us with photos of the product for a replacement or a full refund.
